Website redesign services that keep your rankings — and grow your leads

My website redesign services start with what already works. I keep the pages Google trusts, fix what slows you down, and rebuild the rest to turn visitors into inquiries. One person handles design, development and SEO, so nothing gets lost in the handover.

Before After

01 / the signs

Signs your site needs a website redesign

You don’t need a new site because the old one feels dated. You need one when it costs you business. Here are the signs I look for first.

Tick the ones that sound familiar

02 / the risk

A new design can quietly erase years of SEO

Most redesigns fail in the same place. Old URLs change, nobody redirects them, and Google treats your best pages as gone. Content gets cut because it “looked busy.” Page titles get rewritten by someone who never checked what they ranked for.

Good website redesign services treat your current rankings as an asset to protect. Mine do. Before I sketch a single layout, I record which pages bring traffic, which keywords they rank for and which links point to them. That list shapes the new design. It doesn’t get bolted on at launch.

The site looks better. The phone goes quiet.

03 / what you get

What my website redesign services include

Every project covers four jobs. You get all four from one person, so the designer, the developer and the SEO never disagree.

  • Strategy

    Strategy and SEO baseline

I audit your current site, analytics and Google Search Console. I list the pages, keywords and backlinks worth keeping. You get a clear plan before design starts.

  • Design

Design that leads to a next step

I design each key page around one action: call, book or request a quote. Clear headlines, proof near the button and fewer distractions.

  • Build

    Clean development

I build on WordPress with a custom theme, not a heavy page builder. That means faster pages and an editor your team can use. See my WordPress development work for detail.

  • Launch

    Launch and aftercare

I handle the move, redirects and tracking. Then I watch Search Console for 14 days after launch and fix anything that slips.

04 / migration

Website migration services without the traffic drop

Moving platforms, domains or hosting is where traffic usually breaks. My website migration services follow one checklist, every time.

  1. 01

    Crawl the old site.

I record every live URL, title and status code.

  2. 02

    Map every redirect.

Each old URL points to its closest new match with a permanent (301) redirect. A 301 tells Google the page has moved for good, so it passes the trust along.

  3. 03

    Keep what ranks.

Titles, headings and content on top pages carry over or improve. They don’t vanish.

  4. 04

    Test before launch.

I check redirects, internal links, forms and tracking on a staging copy.

  5. 05

    Watch after launch.

I submit the new sitemap and track indexing and errors in Search Console.

I migrate from Wix, Squarespace, older WordPress builds and custom sites into WordPress. Moving to a new domain? The same rules apply, with extra care on backlinks. Want the deeper checks? My technical SEO audit covers crawl and index issues in full.

05 / process

Design → Develop → Rank → Convert

With my website redesign services, a typical project takes 6–10 weeks, depending on page count and content.

How my process works

06 / cost

What affects website redesign cost

I quote my website redesign services at a fixed price after the audit, so you know the number before any work starts. Five things move it.

  1. Templates

    Number of page templates.

Ten unique layouts cost more than ten pages on one template.

  2. Content

    Content.

Do you supply copy, or do you need it written and optimized?

  3. Migration

    Migration size.

A 20-page site and a 2,000-page site need very different redirect work.

  4. Features

    Features.

Booking, e-commerce, member areas or custom plugins add build time.

  5. Languages

    Languages.

Each extra language needs its own content set, keyword research and hreflang setup.

Redesigns start from $2,500 for a refresh, and $4,900 for a full rebuild.

Website redesign questions

What do website redesign services include?

My website redesign services cover an SEO baseline audit, new page designs, a custom WordPress build, content migration, redirects, tracking setup and post-launch monitoring. You approve the designs before development starts. Everything is handled by me, so the person who designed your pages is the same person who protects their rankings at launch. You get a clear scope and fixed quote before work begins.

How much does a website redesign cost?

Website redesign cost depends on the number of unique page templates, whether you need new copy, the size of the migration, extra features such as booking or e-commerce, and how many languages you need. Redesigns start from $2,500 for a refresh and $4,900 for a full rebuild. I give you a fixed quote after the free audit, so the price is agreed before any work starts and does not grow halfway through.

Will a website redesign hurt my Google rankings?

It can if URLs change without redirects or ranking content gets cut. My website redesign services prevent that by recording your current pages, keywords and backlinks first, then mapping every old URL to a new one with permanent 301 redirects. After launch I monitor Google Search Console and fix issues quickly. Short-term movement can happen with any change, but planned redesigns usually avoid lasting drops.

Do you offer website migration services on their own?

Yes. If you are happy with your design but need to move platforms, domains or hosting, I can run the migration alone. That includes a full crawl, a redirect map, staging tests, sitemap submission and post-launch checks. Common moves are from Wix, Squarespace or older WordPress builds into a clean WordPress setup. The audit tells us how large the job is.

How long does a website redesign take?

A typical website redesign takes 6–10 weeks from audit to launch. Small sites with ready content sit at the shorter end. Larger sites, multilingual builds and big migrations take longer. The biggest variable is usually content and feedback time, not development. I share a dated plan at the start and update you weekly, so you always know what’s next.
