about
I’m Asif Ameer, a freelance web designer who builds sites to rank and sell.
As a freelance web designer, I do the whole job myself. I design your website, I build it on WordPress, and then I do the SEO so it actually brings in leads. One person, start to finish. When something needs fixing, you know exactly who to ask.
Design — a custom look built around your brand and your buyer.
how I got here
Why I build websites this way
I started out building websites for small businesses, one page and one plugin at a time. I liked that a site could be both well made and useful: something that looks good and actually brings people through the door.
Early on, I saw the same problem again and again. A business would pay for a good-looking website. Then it would sit there. No traffic, no calls, no enquiries. The design was fine. Nobody had built it to be found.
So I learned both sides. I design and develop the site, and I handle the SEO: Google Search Console, keyword planning, backlink tracking and monthly reporting. Doing both means the site is built to rank from the first line of code. Not patched later.
Today I work remotely with business owners in the US, the UK, Australia and beyond. Every project still gets the same thing: one person who cares how it performs after launch.
“The design was fine. Nobody had built it to be found.”
what I do
A freelance web developer and SEO in one
Most projects need four things done well. I do all four.
-
01 Design

A custom design built around your brand and your buyer. Not a template with your logo on top.
-
02 Develop

Clean, fast custom WordPress development. When a feature doesn’t exist, I write custom WordPress plugins for it.

03 Rank

On-page SEO, technical fixes and ongoing SEO services. For businesses selling abroad, international SEO and multilingual sites.
-
04 Convert
Convert
Clear calls to action, forms that work, and tracking so you can see where leads come from.
one person, accountable
Why hire a freelance web designer instead of an agency
Agencies can be great. But on many projects, the person you meet on the sales call is not the person doing the work. Messages pass through account managers. Details get lost.
The trade-off is honest: I take on a limited number of projects at a time, so start dates can book up.
With me, there is no hand-off
- You talk to the person building your site. Every message, every call.
- Design, code and SEO match. Because one person does all three, nothing falls between teams.
- Lower overhead. You pay for the work, not for an office and a sales team.
- Clear ownership. If something breaks, I fix it. There is no one else to blame.

how I work
How I work with you
- Fixed scope, in writing. You know the price and the deliverables before work starts.
- Plain English. I explain choices without jargon. If I use a technical term, I’ll say what it means.
- Weekly updates. A short note on what’s done, what’s next and what I need from you.
- You own everything. The site, the content and the logins are yours at handover.
- No ranking promises. Nobody can promise #1 on Google. I promise good work and honest reports.
The full step-by-step is on my process page.

Are you a freelance web developer too, or just a designer?
Both. I design the site and I write the code. I build custom WordPress themes and plugins rather than stacking page builders and add-ons. That keeps the site fast and easier to rank. Then I handle the SEO, so design, development and search all come from one person with one plan.
How do I hire a freelance web developer like you?
Start with the free audit or book a 20-minute call. We talk through your goals and your current site. I then send a written scope with a fixed price and timeline. Once you approve it and pay the first stage, I book your start date and we begin.
What should I check before I hire a web designer?
Ask who will actually do the work, and whether they handle SEO or hand it off. Ask to see live sites, not just mockups. Check that you’ll own the site and logins. And get the scope and price in writing. A good designer will be happy to answer all of this.
Do you work with clients in other countries?
Yes. I work remotely with clients worldwide, mainly in the US, the UK and Australia. We meet on video calls, share files online and keep updates in writing. Time zones are rarely a problem. I set a regular update day and stick to it.
Can you build a multilingual website?
Yes. I build sites in more than one language. Each language gets its own URLs, hreflang and SEO setup, so every version can rank in search.
